2. What the service provides
Fileza provides online PDF tools for editing, converting, compressing, signing, watermarking, organizing, securing, and managing documents. Some tools run in the browser while some high-fidelity workflows may use a dedicated conversion worker or service endpoint when exact formatting is required.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you upload, edit, convert, sign, watermark, or share. Do not use Fileza for unlawful content, unauthorized documents, malware, harassment, copyright infringement, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
4. No professional advice
Fileza helps with document processing only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, medical, or professional advice. You should review important documents carefully before using, sending, signing, or filing them.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, remove, or temporarily disable tools or features as the website grows. We aim to keep the Fileza experience reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Output review
You should check every processed file before relying on it. Formatting, compression, conversion, OCR, signature placement, watermark placement, and page operations should be reviewed by you before sharing or submitting the output.
7. Third-party services, API access, and billing
Some optional features, advertisements, analytics, payment, API access, high-fidelity conversion, browser-render capture, or support workflows may rely on third-party providers. When those features are enabled, their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Users are responsible for keeping API keys private, reviewing generated outputs, respecting rate limits, and ensuring they have rights to process the files or URLs they submit.
8. Quotas, credits, and saved history
Paid plans, credit packs, API plans, saved file history, premium tools, and high-fidelity conversion options may be limited by quota, credit balance, file size, provider availability, retention period, or admin settings. Already-saved history files may remain available during their retention window, but users must have required quota or credits before saving new processed files.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fileza is provided on an “as is†and “as available†basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the service.
